Would you like to spend your day in another country? You wish to actively use your English skills? But you don't want to travel too far? That's absolutely possible!  

Our stores are located in the shopping mall of the base  - the Food Corner for the lunch break is also close to us.  

• You will work together with your team to service our customers in the store enthusiastically and you will be responsible for the target achievement of your store 
• You will advise our customers confidently and competently about the products of all mobile phone providers, e.g. Telekom, Vodafone or O2
• You will always remember to keep the service concept in mind whenever you receive questions about offers, tariffs and technology  
• Your sales talent is based on your ability to recognize customer needs automatically and develop creative new ideas for the implementation of sales campaigns - you will pass these sales techniques on successfully to the team 
• You are the first contact person of the store structure and your team - you are always open for questions and requests  
• We work in different shifts individually, according to our service hours 

• You are a sales talent and have a high service orientation   
• You have gained initial sales experience, preferably with a focus on telecommunications or media - leadership experience is preferable   
• For you, customer satisfaction comes first? That's fantastic, for us as well! To have a deep understanding of the needs of our American clients is what you enjoy doing every day 
• Your open and friendly manner offers the foundation to inspire our customers for our products in need of explanation 
• You enjoy working independently and on your own responsibility   
• You have very good verbal skills and a good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.Your German language skills need to be at a minimum of B1 level
